Abstract
Description of deficiency-related rickets in a black child aged 15
months, breast-fed, weaned without milk addition because of previous
eczema. The signs were as follows: scarce height increase,
delayed gait, cough, persistent bronchitis. The deficiency was due
to the race as well as to inappropriate diet restrictions.
