Abstract
Report of a case of Arnold-Chiari syndrome of type II (herniation of
cerebellar tonsils, associated with cholesteatoma and syringomyelia),
incidentally discovered from a NMR which was performed because
of cephalea and EEG alterations without any other symptom.
