Abstract
An oesophageal foreign body in a 9 months infant remained undiagnosed
for 10 days. The symptoms referred (cry, refusal of solid
foods, vomiting) were discontinuous, almost occasional. Finally, direct
observation of the infant being fed suggested the right diagnosis.
