Un caso di eritema multiforme severo ricorrente

Erythema multiforme is an acute mucocutaneous reaction due to a hypersensitivity reaction that occurs in response to infections or medications and it is characterized by target skin lesions. We report the case of a 3-year-old child with severe erythema multiforme that presented an early recurrence during the same hospitalization. We also report a discussion of the pathology.
