Abstract
Cutaneous involvement is frequently present in rheumatic disorders. Usually the cutaneous lesions are typical and are useful for the diagnosis. In some cases the cutaneous involvement is present since the beginning (Schoenlein-Henoch purpura, Kawasaki disease, CINCA, scleroderma, Behçet disease), in others (LES, Lyme disease, dermatomiositis, Juvenile Chronic Arthritis) the cutaneous signs can appear later, during the course of the disease.
