Abstract
Report of three cases of spondilodiscitis and one case of
sacro-ileitis, one of them induced by Bartonella henselae, and the
others without any demonstrated aetiology. For two of them, NMR
was negative, and for all of them, scintigraphy with Tc99 was decisive
for the purposes of diagnosis. All the patients recovered very
fast after a treatment based on antibiotics.
