Abstract
The approach to vaccines during pregnancy is frequently based on faiths more than
on facts. This state-of-the-art paper discusses the scientific evidences that should be
considered in deciding whether to prescribe or discourage vaccinations in pregnant
women, in particular with respect to anti Pertussis and anti Influenza vaccines.
