Abstract
The article describes the case of an adolescent male with obesity and pubertal delay whose hormonal and imaging investigations led to the diagnosis of prolactin secreting pituitary adenoma. After cabergoline treatment, a decrease in prolactinoma size as well as a regain of pubertal development were observed.
