Abstract
The paper describes a clinical case of accidental ocular trauma with peripheral retinal haemorrhage with a favourable course and highlights the importance of collaboration with eye specialists in traumatic ophthalmology as well as the careful monitoring by paediatricians of the lifestyle and behaviour of affected adolescents.
