Abstract
A six-year-old boy was diagnosed as having Henoch-Schönlein purpura for a typical rash appearing after an episode of recurrent intussusception with signs of pancreatic involvement. While a delayed appearance of the cutaneous rash after intestinal intussusception is well reported in the literature this case highlights that the association of intussusception and pancreatic involvement should prompt the suspect of vasculitis.
