Abstract
A 3-month-old infant presented to the ER with sudden crying and collapse. Imaging revealed a right fronto-parietal subdural haematoma and additional bilateral subdural haematomas. The diagnosis was Shaken Baby Syndrome, leading to surgical intervention and a report to authorities. Transferred to a mother-child community, Matteo continues follow-up with physiotherapy and neuropsychiatric support, showing good recovery.
