Abstract
The article presents the case of a one-year-old boy who was hospitalized for episodes of intense sweating, pallor, mild shortness of breath and hypertension. Tests revealed elevated LDH and catecholamines, and an ultrasound identified an 8 cm abdominal mass later diagnosed as neuroblastoma. After treatment, the child was off-therapy. The case highlights the importance of considering parent-reported symptoms and monitoring blood pressure in infants with suspected adrenergic syndrome.
